This petition is a call out for everyone to support the justice we are seeking from the Indian Judicial System and the people of India as well. This is indeed a very sad day for humanity as an innocent person is locked away in jail while the actual perpetrators still have not been caught. The first reason was to get Swami Narendra Giri eternally out of the way and the second was to put the blame of his death on Swami Anand Giri and put him in jail so that he would be out of the way as well from any dealings with the Matt Baghambari Gaddi.
We believe that this entire murder/suicide scandal is nothing but a very well planned conspiracy to kill two birds with one stone. We also plead that Swami Anand Giri should not be held in jail as even the CBI could not find any evidence against him. We collectively very strongly believe that Swami Narendra Giri’s death was a well conspired murder made to look like a suicide and Swami Anand Giri has been falsely incriminated for his suicide. Their questioning finished and Swamiji still continues to be in custody with the next hearing on 19th October.
CBI took over the case and interrogated Swami Anand Giri for 7 days.
Swami Anand Giri is then taken into custody on the evening of the suicide on.

Swami Narendra Giri did not know how to write. Swami Narendra Giri supposedly commits suicide and leaves behind a 7 page suicide note falsely blaming Swami Anand Giri, Aadya Tiwari and his son Sandeep Tiwari for the cause of his death.
